Request for Course Permit Override Form

Instructions: This form is intended for UIUC students to request registration into a blocked course (for example, course registration is closed, only allows Art Majors, etc.) This process requires approval by the course instructor; you must supply the instructor's email address below.

Upon instructor approval, the request will be forwarded to the Art+Design override coordinator (Mark Avery), who will email you when the override is complete. You may then register for the course.
